Sequoia Project Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sequoia Project. All orders from Sequoia Project are subject to our shipping policy, outlined below. If you have any questions about our shipping practices, please contact our dedicated support team at customerservice@sequoiaprojectus.com.

Where We Ship

Sequoia Project is pleased to provide domestic and international shipping options. 

Sequoia Project offers shipping to all USA states, and territories.

All orders must be shipped to a valid, physical address. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Processing

We process all our orders during our normal business hours, M-F 9am-5pm PST.

You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Sequoia Project strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. (Ahem, Covid-19.) If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.

For all of our apparel and accessories we keep a low inventory for environmental reasons, please allow one week for your products to be made. For all other items, please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. 

All orders within California will incur the current California sales tax.


Shipping Rates & Timing

Sequoia Project has multiple shipping rates, depending on either the product or the shipping method chosen. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order. 

Most orders will be shipped Ground Advantage USPS. Occasionally we ship via UPS. For our international orders we may ship via DHL. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 3-5 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Sequoia Project cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

We store our inventory in California, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina in order to reduce our customers transit time. Your order may be shipped from any one of these locations. Your order may be split up into multiple shipments depending on the inventory levels at these locations.

  • USPS Ground Advantage (Default Option) – Shipments vary upon what state its going to. Usually about a maximum of 5 business days.

  • UPS Ground – Shipments vary upon what state its going to. Usually about a maximum of 5 business days.

 

Viewing Your Order

You can view your orders online and check on their status by logging into your account.


Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. We will send you an email when your order is out for delivery, and when your order has been delivered. If you don’t receive these emails in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at customerservice@sequoiaprojectus.com


Updating Your Account Information

You can update all your account info by logging into your account.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, please reach out to us at customerservice@sequoiaprojectus.com. Its not cool to have your packages lost or stolen, and we will try our best to make up for it. Please note, we will need you to contact the respective carrier to submit a claim for these issues.
